At Choza, we celebrate the beauty of handmade craftsmanship: each piece is unique, with natural variations in shape, color, or texture that reflect its origin. These characteristics are not considered defects but are an essential part of the artisanal identity of our products.

1. Delivery Information and Requirements

To complete a purchase in our online store, customers must provide complete and accurate information to ensure correct delivery of their order. Orders are processed using the information provided at checkout; we do not ship to multiple locations for a single purchase.

2. Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as payments made through PayPal and Mercado Pago. All order totals are calculated in Mexican pesos (MXN), regardless of the country from which the purchase is made.

3. Domestic Shipping (Mexico)

Choza ships to all regions within Mexico.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3 to 6 business days once payment is confirmed.
  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically on the website and may vary based on season, volume, and destination.

4. International Shipping

We ship to various countries worldwide. Delivery times and costs depend on the destination, as well as the package size and weight.

Important:

  • Custom duties, import taxes, or any destination-country fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • The customer must track their package and provide any additional information required by the carrier (e.g., ID, payment of duties, confirmation of details).
  • If a package is rejected, unclaimed, or undeliverable for reasons beyond Choza’s control, it will be returned to Mexico and any additional charges must be covered by the customer.
  • Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Choza is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit.

6. Product Availability

Items added to the shopping cart are not reserved. A product may sell out even if it remains in your cart at the time of checkout.

If you receive an incorrect product or an error attributable to Choza occurs, we will evaluate the case and may:

  • Send the correct product at no cost to you, or
  • Refund the amount corresponding to the affected item, including covering return shipping costs when applicable.

8. Returns and Damages

Due to the artisanal nature of our products, variations and unique characteristics are celebrated and not considered imperfections; therefore, they are not eligible for returns.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us on the same day of delivery at [email protected] with:

  • Photos or video of the damage
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Order number

After reviewing your case, we will provide a solution, which may include replacing the product or issuing a refund.
